As the nominator, your candidate’s Step 1 form was accepted, and now you must complete Step 2 to share the details of your Nominee. The form to complete Step 2: Nominee Profile Information is below.
Please note that as the Nominator, you must complete and submit the Step 2 form in one session – which usually takes 35 to 45 minutes, so be sure you allocate enough time! This means that you cannot save the form and return to finish it later. We suggest that you write your responses in a Word document, then cut and paste responses in this form when you’re ready!
Nominator, complete all information, and then click ‘Submit’. Please note that Nominator information must match what was previously submitted in Step 1. Otherwise, application will be disqualified.
Within 48 hours of submission, you will receive an email confirmation that your form was received. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact Susan McNeff.
Your Nominee’s profile will go to a representative, who will share her information with the Committee. If we have any questions or need further clarification, you, as Nominator, will be contacted. Additionally, the representative will contact the Honoree with instructions for her to complete her Autobiographical Statement/Photo Submission [Step 3].
We highly recommend that, as the Nominator, you now contact your candidate and share with her that she has been accepted as an Honoree for Tribute to Women. Be sure to share the two important dates with her so that she can mark her calendar:
 Honoree/Nominator Breakfast, Friday, April 21st at the YWCA, 38 Lawrence Street, Lawrence, and
 Tribute to Women Awards Luncheon, Thursday, May 18th – Honoree Reception 11:00am; awards: 12pm at the Andover Country Club.
The deadline for submission of Step 2 is Friday, February 17, 2017
Information received after this date will not be considered.

The Committee, representing a cross-section of business and community leaders, will review all Nominee information submitted. The YWCA reserves the right to make final decisions about Honoree nominees, and all decisions are final.
The 2017 Honoree List will be communicated to Honorees and Nominators on or before Friday, March 31, 2017.
- Honorees and their Nominators attend a Welcome Breakfast on Friday, April 21st from 8am to 9:30am at the YWCA in Lawrence.
- Honorees and Nominators only attend a special reception from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. immediately prior to the luncheon on Thursday, May 18, 2017 with YWCA Executive Staff and Board President and Members.
- Luncheon guests (spouse, family, friends & colleagues) may make and pay for reservations by visiting www.ywcalawrence.org, selecting ‘Tribute’ and selecting Attend the Event.
- While there are no fees to make a nomination, all Nominators pay for their luncheon reservation at $50, which must be received on or before Friday, April 21, 2017. The YWCA pays for all Honoree luncheons. Often, Nominators purchase a sponsorship or a congratulatory ad.
