Third Party Fundraiser Policies
Please download a copy of the YW’s Policies and Procedures Form for 3rd-party fundraising activities here. Please review these policies and procedures carefully.
Please download a copy of the YW’s Third Party Fundraising Application here. This form should be completed, signed by an authorized representative or your group or organization and emailed to the YW at least 4 weeks prior to your event at email@example.com.
Upon approval of your event application, the Policies and Procedures become part of your agreement with the YW and you will be responsible for complying with them.
You may choose how your donation is used, either for programs and services, a specific program or for agency use for our greatest need area.
Please note that the YW must approve all events in advance, and the YW reserves the right to decline being the beneficiary. This is an important safeguard in preserving the integrity of the name and reputation of the YW, as well as our commitment to donors.
