Each November, we invite our supporters, board members, staff and the public to join us for our Annual Celebration & Meeting.
In this short, early morning event, you’ll hear directly from some of our supporters about some of the wins they experience as a result of working with the YW. Keep in mind, YOUR support makes our work in the community possible. To be shared includes…
…Kristen Eagleston from Pfizer, Inc. on the reason supporting Camp Y-Wood, Domestic Violence and other YW programs help break the cycles of abuse, poverty, and lack of education;
…Will, a student at Brooks School on his experience volunteering in our Early Learning Center.
…Staffer Dianne McAuliffe will read a story by Roberta, a YWCA Fina House resident and DV survivor, on how her experience at Fina House has changed her life for the better!
…Mary O’Brien, our ED, on how our supporters make our work possible, and some of the accomplishments we’ve achieved this year.
You’ll also have the opportunity to speak directly with Mary, as well as our Board President, Pat O’Brien, other Board Members, many Staff, while enjoying light breakfast fare. The presentations are followed by a brief business meeting.
